Zod frees the inmates and immediately kills one who attempts to establish a power structure . Zod say the inmate that he holds the switch to their inhibitor collar and activate it to show them he ’s in command of them . Zod also tells the prisoners that they are now the Legion of Zod and that they will enforce Zod ’s will on the universe .
